Delivery
Either
Collect from our North Shore Office in Bayswater
or
We can arrange delivery to your site or office.
A current NZ drivers license and the relevant credit card must be presented at the time of collection.
We reserve the right to check your credit rating with a New Zealand agency before agreeing to the rental.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept telephone payments in advance or upon collection.
We can accept either Visa or Master Card over the telephone.
Bond
A credit card authorization is also required against the hirers credit card.
The bond rates are below-
•Thermal Camera- 500 dollars
•Moisture meter- 200 dollars
•Boroscope 100 dollars
Loss or damage
All items are tested prior to dispatch and upon receipt. The Hirer is responsible for the full cost of repair or where necessary replacement of equipment.
It should be noted that the bond does not represent replacement cost. In particular the replacement cost of the FLIRI50 thermal camera is in excess of 15,000 New Zealand dollars.
Unpaid Accounts
Where we are unable to collect a debt for more than 30 days, the debt will be turned over to a collection agency for further action. Further action may include but is not limited to: recovering the debt, reporting negative activity to credit agencies, accumulation of collection fees, registering a default against you and legal fees. You agree to be liable for all reasonable costs we incur in pursuit of your debt.
